The 4th of July has always been special for BFACT. There have been few years where BFACT hasn’t had a float in the fantastic Belle Fourche 4th of July parade, and typically our float was overflowing with our amazing volunteers. That tradition will continue this year with a bit of a twist. With Charlie and the Chocolate Factory wrapping in June we won’t have a float specifically for that show so we want to do something new, in celebration of 15 Seasons our float this year will be a Reunion float!
We are putting out the call, if you have ever been involved in BFACT over the last 15 Seasons we would love to have you come participate on our float this year, so bring yourselves and your loved ones and join us on our float where we will have good people, lots of candy, and we will be singing some BFACT classics! After the parade is over we will also be having a Reunion BBQ in Jones park to celebrate all of those good times. So again, if you have ever participated in BFACT, we would love to see you and your family. BFACT will provide the main dish, some amazing BBQ, and drinks and everything else will be potluck style. We will have some games for the kids as well as adults, Jones Park also has the splash pads so if interested make sure to bring some swim trunks!
Just so we can get a sense of the amount of people on the float or attending the BBQ, we are asking people RSVP by filling out the form below. You don’t have to attend both events to attend either. Just let us know so we can get an accurate count before the 4th. If you want to ride on the float, please be at lineup by 10am, once we have our lineup number we will post it. The BBQ will start at 12pm at Jones park. So, make plans to attend this unique reunion and come see the friends you maybe haven’t seen in a while, we would love to reconnect with all of you again!
