Executive Director Report:

Finished with sponsorships this year. Got 250 from Wells Plumbing and BHFCU is back. Now working on grants. Currently preparing grant for BH Energy. Bella is researching larger companies that give locally to see if we qualify for any of their programs. Arts council final check coming. 15 year promotional material cost a little more than expected but it is all up at the Rec Center and looks great. Some of it will be reusable for the future so a good thing to have. Proclamation from the mayor declaring June 28th performing arts day complete. Thank you Kelsey, Wes, and Derek for attending. For Charlie, we sold almost 1000 tickets, thank you to all our volunteers

- Have not met with everything going on with Charlie but will meet soon to plan next season.

- Engagement was way up for all social media during Charlie campaign

- Planning to meet after the 4th to get ready for Is He Dead?
