PUBLIC FORUM:

1. Robert: thankful for old board and what we have accomplished
2. Derek: thankful for the board and what we have accomplished despite covid challenges
3. Introduction of attending members

OLD BUSINESS:

1. Upcoming show updates
   • Mr. Beautiful Fork- Nov 13th @ Graps, budget approved last meeting, limit of 100 tickets, $10 tickets will be on sale starting this coming week, ages 21+
   • Suggestion to make voting/donation available online
2. Christmas Show
   • Auditions Oct 24-25, performance Dec 10-12, ToiLyn directing, $1800 budget request (Nathan, Angela-motion approved)

NEW BUSINESS:

1. Quilt fundraiser- ToiLyn’s friend is volunteering to make a quilt for us to raffle. Anyone who has “theater fabric” should let ToiLyn know if they can donate to this project.
